The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Reed A. Richard and Annette M. Richard. Applicant proposes after the fact construction of a permanent dock and dug-in stairway, removal of trees and vegetation and stabilization of an inland slope and a stabilization and restoration plan at property located at 35 Duck Marsh Lane, Map 12, Parcel 214. Ratification of enforcement order for installation and maintenance of siltation barriers.
Notice of Intent filed by Paul Pazniokas and Phyllis Mondelli. Applicant proposes grading of wind-blown sand and grass seeding, bluestone walkways and patio, planting native plants and removal of invasive species with herbicides at property located at 50 Bay Shore Lane, Map 13, Parcel 136E.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Gary Lynch for DEP SE 19-968 for construction of a garage and driveway at property located at 35 Bowline Lane, Map 13, Parcel 056.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by James and Amanda Baughman. for DEP SE 19-1426 for replacing retaining walls and plantings at property located at 300 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 135.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Gail Bedoukian. Applicant proposes construction of rock revetment return and beach sand nourishment, sand drift fencing, planting beach grass, removal of trees and planting native shrubs, maintenance of vegetation on a Coastal Bank, installation of a stone patio with steps, shed, walkway, retaining wall, expansion of driveway, and fence replacement at property located at 18 Horton Way, Map 07, Parcel 493A.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Scott Family 2010 Irrevocable Trust. Applicant proposes demolishing existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling and additions, screen porch, reconstruction of an existing deck, porches and outdoor shower at property located at 31 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 157.
